On September 28th, 2023, Conrad Striegl was given a court order to "immediately resign" his elected position as Bandera County Republican Chair. The Current Bandera County Republican Chair is Mr Dave Allen NOT Conrad Striegl.
It is a crime in the state of Texas for a candidate for any office to use the term "Re-Elect" if they are not currently the sitting officer of that seat.

Indisputable proof this is a

Around 75 people witnessed Mr. Striegl in his campaign speech openly asking voters to “Re-Elect me” while answering a question from the moderator in a candidate forum meeting held on or about on Tuesday February 13th at approximately 6:00PM, at the Lakehills Convention Center. The event had an attendance of approximately 75 people.
